Welcome!
Our classes are inclusive and accessible to everyone.
All classes are guided by compassionate and experienced teachers.
You can practice yoga from the comfort and convenience of your home with our livestream classes.
We have two outdoor classes where you can enjoy yoga under the blue sky with songbirds in the trees.
And we have in-person indoors classes offered through the Emeritus Institute
at Saddleback College and Irvine Valley College.
If you are interested in becoming a yoga teacher or deepening your practice, take a look at
the Saddleback College Yoga Teacher Training Program.
