is required for all workshops. We regularly add workshops, class series and events. | July | Mommy & Baby Class Thursday, July 29, 2010, 1:30-2:20pm, $12 A fun way to introduce rhythm, new movement and socialization to
your baby as you bond through energizing poses and activities. This class is a joyous celebration of motherhood
and sisterhood as you share this unique time with other new moms. No prior yoga experience required.
Please bring a yoga mat, a favorite non-musical toy, a blanket for baby (not to mention diaper bag!) and your inner
child. Let’s have fun! (Open
to moms and babies-pre-walking age) About Janet O’Faolain:
Janet began her yoga studies in Anusara yoga 10 years ago during her career as a dancer in NYC. She
received an MFA in Dance in 2007 from UCI and completed Yoga Therapy training at Loyola
Marymount in 2009. Her favorite yoga teacher is her daugher, Daytona Rae, born February 2010.

degree in Bachelor of Arts in Social Ecology from the University of California at Irvine. She has over 20 years of experience
in staff counseling, development and training with her focus on development of the whole person. She is a Certified Practitioner
of Hypnotherapy, Time Empowerment® and Neurolinguistic Programming, and Certified Shamanic Practitioner. Her specialty
is assisting you in the release of negative habits and fears which are stored in your unconscious mind. Once free of these
unconscious patterns you will be able to make conscious choices, facilitating the desired changes with respect to your life
